School Meals

The school is committed to providing parents with the option of having prepared school meals. Gloucestershire County Council have contracted Caterlink to provide school meals which adhere to the government's nutritional standards. All meals are freshly prepared, and where possible, locally sourced.

There is a three week menu for children to choose from. These menus will be revised for the summer and winter seasons. Children are able to select their preference of meals by completing the menu choices form and returning it to the school office.

Paying for school meals

As part of their catering contract, Gloucestershire County Council have determined that schools do not accept cash or cheques for the payment of school meals. To this end they introduced ParentPay - a secure on-line method of making payments for school meals.

If you wish your child to start having school meals please ask the school for a ParentPay activation letter. This will give you a login id and password to manage payments for meals. Payment can be made by debit or credit card. Please note that payments must be paid in advance i.e. there must be sufficient credit on your account before a meal can be taken.

Please follow the link to ParentPay for more information.

If you have problems with your login you will need to contact ParentPay via their Parent Support Form. Please note that they cannot give out a telephone number as they are unable to verify who you are - this is for the protection of your bank details.
